in Apulia

In September 2026 we invite you to spend a few days in the heart of Apulia – a region that is in no hurry to go anywhere. We stay in a masseria surrounded by olive groves, far from the tourist trails. Here, time is measured in meals, conversations, and golden hours of light.

The programme is intentionally unhurried. Shared breakfasts, one or two outings a day – to white Ostuni, the market in Locorotondo, perhaps the Adriatic coast. Evenings around a common table, where conversations unfold on their own. There is no minute-by-minute schedule, because that is not the point.
